Content
1. The contents of the Service are meant purely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Everything published on the Service (that includes, but not restricted to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by bodyNsoulPartyPix or the person accredited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.
2. The Service and its Contents are protected by copyright pursuant to Surinamese copyright laws. You cannot diffuse, publish, transmit, take part in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this Section 2), create new pieces from, hand out, execute, exhibit, or in any way utilize, any of the Content or the Service in whole or in part.
3. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from bodyNsoulPartyPix.
Submissions

You are entirely responsible for the content of any submission you make the Service. bodynsoulPartyPix reserves the right to erase, change, or amend messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems offensive, libelous, vulgar, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.
2. You concede that any submissions you make to the Service may be erased, deleted, changed, published, diffused, and displayed by bodyNsoulPartypix and you waive any moral rights you may have in having the material altered or misrepresented in a manner not in agreement with you.
3. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to register for the Service. In consideration of use of the Service, You hereby agree to give factual, precise, and comprehensive information about yourself when prompted in registration and to sustain and update this information to keep it accurate and complete. If any information provided by You ("Registration Data") is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, bodyNsoulPartyPix has the right to do away with your account and decline any and all present or future use of the Service.
Use of Registration Data
You hereby give consent that any registration details you offer may be distributed to select third party firms ("Partner"), unless you state a preference of not being contacted. However, bodyNsoulPartyPix will not be held responsible or liable if Partner contacts You, permits an external party to contact You, or furnishes or divulges Your details to any third party.
This Agreement includes the terms and conditions of the bodyNsoulPartyPix Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at http://www.bodynsoulpartypix.com/privacy, and which is hereby integrated by reference. In the rare event that there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, do take note that the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy shall take priority.

Representations and Warranties
1. You stand for, guarantee and pledge that no materials of any kind submitted by you will (i) breach, copy, or contravene upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain slanderous or otherwise unlawful material. You hereby assure, protect and hold harmless bodyNsoulPartypix, and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any violation by you or any user of your account of this Agreement or the aforesaid representations, warranties and covenants. You shall oblige as plausibly required in the defense of any such claim. bodyNsoulPartyPix sets aside the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
2. You agree that use of the Service is at your own risk. Neither the Service, bodyNsoulPartyPix, nor any of their affiliates, employees, agents, content providers or licensors make any representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Service, the content or the results that may be obtained form use of the Service. The Service is given on an "as is" basis and the Service and bodyNsoulPartyPix specifically disclaim any express or implied warranties.
Termination
bodyNsoulPartyPix may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any reason, if deemed necessary.
